Let No Fuss Gourmet free you from the worry of mealtime for a day, a week or the entire month!

It all begins with an initial interview. Chef Antonette will conduct the interview with you and all members of your family to determine likes, dislikes, food allergies, dietary restrictions (e.g. sugar-free, low sodium or salt-free, cholesterol-free, fat-free or low-fat, etc), personal preferences (e.g. organic or vegetarian foods) and the style of cooking you prefer.

Then each week on cheffing day, No Fuss Gourmet will purchase your groceries and prepare and cook menu items in your kitchen—packaging and labeling each delicious item just for you. They'll leave your kitchen exactly the way it was found with a menu and heating instructions on your refrigerator.

We also offer cooking lessons and gift certificates and are happy to cook for parties, celebrations, and other events and gatherings.
