Originally a native of the Philippines, Chef Antonette got to Texas as soon as she could! Culinary school brought she and her husband to Houston and she's been cooking here every since.
She loves to travel, learn about other cultures and their food, swimming, tennis, and collects unique kitchen tools, antiques and cookbooks (especially from other chefs and restaurants that inspire her). Classic black and white movies are a favorite and she loves teaching others about cooking and healthy eating.
